Hi there! 🤗 Today’s post will be about my thoughts on this cushion from the brand Peripera, the Ink Lasting Mint Cushion. Please keep on reading if you want to know more about it.

matte complexion with weightless coverage.

My Thoughts: When I visited the newly opened Club Clio shop in TriNoma, I browsed through their amazing products and their cushions has caught my attention. Club Clio is renowned for their Kill Cover line and other amazing makeup products. I was surprised to see the Peripera in one section so I immediately went for it. The sales representative told me that Peripera brand is under Club Clio and it’s more suitable with teens and/or younger consumers. She told me a lot about the products and I wasn’t able to help myself from getting this cushion foundation. I picked this over the other two cushion because I have oily skin and wants a matte finish in a cushion, though in my mind, I never expected it to be matte. We all know that Korean cushions are known to be dewy! I was super excited to try this and upon arriving home, I immediately opened it to swatch it. I was amazed to see and feel how thin it’s consistency are and was blown away when I applied it because the COVERAGE is the BOMB! I can definitely compare it with the Hera Cover Mist Cushion Foundation. I love that it’s light weight, never moved around my skin, has a decent coverage but not so much oil control but that’s fine because it stays on longer when set with a powder.
PROS:
- very buildable coverage
- light weight
- packaging is nice and easy to carry around
- did not cause break outs
- smells super nice
- not tacky
- semi matte finish
- didn’t move around my skin
CONS:
- no refill
- average oil control
All in all, I like and love this cushion. It has a decent coverage, it’s not sticky and has a nice semi matte finish. I highly recommend this to people with oily to combination skin type or to those who prefers semi matte finish. I can also say that this has a decent price, it retails for P620 or $12 which is good if you are on the look out for some semi matte cushion foundation to try out.
Have you tried this cushion? Did you like it or not? Have you tried the other variants from the Peripera Ink Lasting Cushion line? Let me know your thoughts about it! Thank you so much for stopping by, until my next post!
