Packaging: Frosted blue plastic tub with a tiny clear plastic spoon for hygienic purposes. (I wasn’t able to take a photo of the box.)

Scent: Light floral to powdery smell. (Sorry for not being able to describe the scent accurately, I am not very good in doing so.)

Consistency: Light blue, gel-crème type.

Verdict: We all want to achieve that Korean porcelain, resilient and plump skin without looking like a grease ball especially here in our humid country. LANEIGE Water Sleeping Mask is a highly recommended, all time-raved sleeping mask that’s why I’ve decided to try this as an additional to my night time skin care routine. This is the first sleeping mask that I’ve tried and tested and I can say that it really does the job. I love the way it makes my skin supple, bright and soft when I woke up in the morning. According to LANEIGE website, Sleeping Mask works well at night because it “clarifies the skin as you sleep and restores lost moisture, giving your skin a well-rested, moisturized, and lively look!” My skin did not react negatively during the first week of usage. I use it 2 – 3 times a week, apply it after my moisturizer as a final step in my night time routine. Though some may not like the slightly strong scent that doesn’t go right away after application, it helped me sleep much faster. I have an oily to combination skin type so the first time that I used it, I thought it’ll make my skin produce more oil but it did not. Upon application, it feels cool on the skin and does not feel heavy or sticky which is a plus, though, it does not absorb quickly maybe because of the moisturizer that is already on my skin but I usually wait for about 2 – 3 minutes after my moisturizer before applying this. So, I’ve decided to just wait until the product is well absorbed by my skin before hitting the sack. All in all, this is a very good product for me. Yes, it is pricey but it provides the value for your money. I’ve been using this 70ml tub for more than 6 months now! I sometimes tend to use it every night. No wonder it is one of the international best-selling sleeping masks.
